Submissions must include projects that are new, under development, or are upgrades of existing systems and services, or that adapt existing concepts to different applications. They may be submitted by individuals, teams or institutions from all different sectors, including governmental bodies.

Proposals may be submitted until 31 December 2011

Notification of winning project(s) 31 May 2012

Risk Award Ceremony 26 August 2012 at the IDRC Davos 2012 in Davos, Switzerland
