Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in written form. Cancellations of registrations will be accepted and refunded until 01 August 2012, please note that CHF 100.– will be substracted for administrative costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 30 August 2012.
