Become an Exhibitor

The  IDRC Davos 2012 Exhibitor Application forms are currently available. Application forms must be, completed, and mailed or faxed with payment (see address and fax number on application). Secure prime exhibition space for this year's  IDRC Davos in Davos by submitting your application and booth payment today.

GRF Davos is now assigning exhibiting companies/ organisations booth space. Applications with payment will be processed on a first come/first serve basis.

IDRC Davos 2012 Exhibition Fees – Standard Rates

6 m2 booth	EUR 2000.00
12m2 booth	EUR 2500.00
18m2 booth	EUR 3000.00
24m2 booth	EUR 3500.00

Exhibiting companies are eligible for 2 free admissions to the IDRC Davos 2012. Registration codes will be provided upon receipt of payment.

Exhibition Area

The IDRC Davos 2012 offers approximately 1’450m2 of exhibition space. Within the Exhibition Area, companies and organisation have the opportunity to present their products and services and their institution. In order to maximise the time participants spend in the exhibition area, refreshment points are integrated. The exhibition area is strategically situated, so that participants have to pass by on their way to plenary and parallel sessions.

Exhibitor Registration
