Eric Des Marais, MSW, LCSW is an adjunct faculty and doctoral student at the Graduate School of Social Work University of Denver.  His research focuses on the effects of environmentally induced migration on psychosocial functioning.  He has volunteered with International Medical Corps efforts in response to Japan’s Triple Disaster.  In the past, he has worked as a mental health clinician and program developer for high risk youth.
