1995 – 1998 Head of regional Logistics Unit in Nairobi for the International Federation of Red Cross, in charge of Great Lakes and Somalia operations.
1998 – 2004 Director of Logistics International Federation of Red Cross
Since 2006 : Head of Logistics Development Unit World Food Program, in charge of staff development, systems development and change process.
